This is authentic French military surplus satchel made of canvas. The main compartment is 10 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 4" and has 2 outer accessory pockets that measure 8" x 3 1/2" x 1". All flags close with Velcro. Originally designed to carry a protective mask. 

The back side features 2 adjustable attaching straps and 2 1/2" belt loops.
